Privacy Policy

Harvster is developed by CAD Specialties LLC. This policy describes local document processing, website hosting, and information you choose to send to customer support.

Local document processing

Harvster processes documents locally on your Windows computer and creates Excel databases from the information you choose to extract. You select your source documents and where to keep your output files. Opening this website does not upload your local document folders.

Website hosting

When this website is served through GitHub Pages, GitHub may process visitor connection and request information, including IP addresses and browser information, as described in its Privacy Statement.

Payments and online license activation

Lemon Squeezy checkout and online license activation are not currently enabled. Payment and activation data handling will be described here before those services are enabled. For information about Lemon Squeezy's own practices, see its Privacy Policy.

Customer support emails

When you email support@getharvster.com, your email address, message, and any attachments you send are provided to support. Messages to this address are forwarded to a business Gmail inbox.

Include only information needed to explain your question. Do not send payment card details or documents you do not have permission to share.

Support information, including emails and attachments you choose to provide, is retained as reasonably necessary for customer support and applicable legal obligations.

Optional diagnostic reports and document samples

If you choose to attach a diagnostic report or sample document to a support email, review and approve its contents before sending it. Sharing these materials is optional. Remove personal or confidential information that is not needed for the issue, and share only material you have permission to provide.

Any report or sample you email becomes part of the information you provide to support. This describes attachments you choose to send by email, not an automatic diagnostic submission service. Local document processing and sending an attachment to support are separate activities.
