Terms of Use

Harvster is a Windows desktop application developed by CAD Specialties LLC. These terms describe use of the website and software and the advertised full-license offer.

Advertised license offer

When purchasing is enabled, the advertised Harvster full license is a $99 one-time purchase for perpetual use of the purchased software, with no recurring subscription and a limit of two activated computers per license. Purchasing and paid-license activation are not currently enabled.

The advertised perpetual license is not a promise of unlimited future upgrades or lifetime support.

Activation and offline use

Online license activation is not currently enabled. The advertised license model calls for initial online activation followed by offline use, subject to the two-computer activation limit. This describes the license model, not an activation service currently available through the website.

Appropriate use and license transfers

Use Harvster only with documents you have permission to process. If you have license information, keep it secure.

Redistribution

Do not redistribute, resell, or share copies of Harvster or its license keys without permission from CAD Specialties LLC, except where applicable law permits it.

Free trial

The free trial has document-processing limits. Trial downloads and paid upgrades are not currently enabled on this website.

Document-processing results

Extraction and OCR accuracy depend on document format, quality, and content. Results can contain errors or omissions. Review the extracted data before relying on it, and keep your source documents and backups.

Software updates and support

Contact customer support at support@getharvster.com for product questions or technical issues. These terms do not promise a particular response time, update schedule, or inclusion of every future version.

Refunds

The 14-Day Technical-Issues Refund Policy, effective October 18, 2026, covers requests within 14 calendar days of the original purchase when a significant technical problem prevents Harvster from operating as advertised and support cannot resolve it. Verified duplicate purchases, duplicate charges, and billing errors are also eligible for refunds.

Refunded licenses are canceled and customers must discontinue use. See the policy for the full conditions, request process, offline-installation limitation, and payment-provider provisions.

Applicable consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes applicable mandatory consumer rights.
